Abstract

Person Organization Fit is the congruence of the values between the employees and the organization. A number of researches have already been made on the Person Organization fit. In our study we have studied the relationship between person organization fit, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Although there have been researchers made which have determined these relationships but our study is held in the context of Pakistan, which is a developing country and we have checked the relationship between Person Organization Fit, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Data was collected from 4different organizations and our findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between Person Organization Fit and Job Satisfaction and although the relationship between PO fit and Turnover Intention is not significant but it is not negative in the context of Pakistan. Research limitations and directions for future research are also included.
