Abstract |
|
Corporate governance is a primary concern for both
investors and managers. Within the corporate
governance literature there is a new stream of
research that has to do with the use of the Internet
for investor relations (IR). However, this research
has focused primarily on descriptive studies. The
main objective in this paper is to conduct an
extensive literature review into a series of related
factors affecting the use of the internet for
investor relations. In addition, some valuable
propositions are developed which can be tested in
future studies.
