Abstract |
|
This article is about the relationship between job
stress and job satisfaction. The determinants of job
stress that have been examined under this study
include, causes of job stress, symptoms of job
stress, strategies of job stress and managing the
job stress. The purpose of the study was to explore
the relationship between job stress and job
satisfaction. A structured questionnaire survey was
conducted. The required information was collected
from the marketing employees. This result shows the
significant relationship between the job stress and
job satisfaction.
