Abstract

The goal of this research is an analysis of organizational function of municipality for satisfaction of residents at Zanjan (Iran). We have used field and documentary information and data of Iranian Statistics Center. The type and research method is measuring and documentary one along with a questionnaire for data collection from among 685 persons of family managers of Zanjan city by sampling method with random condition. The findings reveal that different factors such as social satisfaction, social knowledge, citizenship participation age, social and economic situation are effective for satisfaction level of citizenship. Generally citizens with higher social knowledge are little satisfied of municipality operator.
